bass guitar is my fav instrument, and nick kahn is the hendrix of that instrument. all my fav songs seem to have strong bass lines, but forgive me if u idolise the guy and don't mean to be disrespectful, speak ill of, etc. i think he makes the bass tooo much the lead instrument, i think bass should be the comfortable bit the higher toned instruments can experiment away from on the phrase, (but japan quiet life is in my favs list and is trully special)
@bryngOneOn If the basguitar is your fv instrument - You should listen to the Stranglers JJ Burnel Plays a baracuda bas - He has inspiret a lot of peopel to play bas - Among them Peter Hook Joy Division - New Order - The Stranglers is the best band evah! Well i'm new to Peter Murphy - I like his musick alot!
