OSU was the best team that we played since OU. The thing that sticks out to me the most is that OSU played its ass off and Texas didn't show up for 3 out of 4 quarters. OSU won three of the four qrts against Texas in the Fiesta Bowl. But when the dust cleared, it was Texas who had the best team on the field.

OSU actually has the athletes to match us, but the styles of play make it a flat-out mismatch. OSU doesn't defend the spread well, Texas runs the spread. OSU likes to run, Texas stuffs the run. However, this is the best defense we've seen all year, so the burden is on the offensive line to give McCoy time to find receivers.

I think this is a fact with every team that gets bad calls. Everybody complains about bad calls. Whether its the Longhorns, Sooners, Buckeyes, Gators, etc..etc.. Most fans blame the loss on bad calls. And the other team brags about the win. Its part of sports I guess. I will say this - The refs have been horrible this year on ALL levels, even high school football.

Okay, I really wasn't sure whom to cheer for during this game. So I'd say I was pretty neutral. But I do have to say that Ohio State was really frustrating me. When you are only down by one point with less than 3 minutes left in the game and you are inside the 40, STAY IN BOUNDS. You don't have to worry about the clock because you can kick a field goal. What was with all of those receivers and Pryor fighting to get out of bounds? I still have to give all props to Texas. You deserved this.

OSU actually has the athletes to match us, but the styles of play make it a flat-out mismatch. OSU doesn't defend the spread well, Texas runs the spread. OSU likes to run, Texas stuffs the run. However, this is the best defense we've seen all year, so the burden is on the offensive line to give McCoy time to find receivers.

I'm a Buckeye fan...but I'm gonna be a realist. Texas is just flat out better than OSU. Terrelle Pryor, though, is an amazing talent, he's gonna be great for Ohio State down the road. He doesn't get over-nervous for big games, though the offence laid a stinker against the Nittany Lions.
After all this, I'm thinking around a 35-10 score for UT, though it could be worse.

The term The Best Damn Team In The Land is something our Coach said when we wont Our Last National Championship. Our band is known as " The best damn band in the land" so thats where that came from. But I know Texas is a good team and we are going to have a fight on our hands. But dont underestimate us. Our defense will be the most aggressive Texas has ever played this year. We will stay on Colt all game long.

No matter what any fan sayes this is going to be one hell of a game. Personally I'm and OSU fan but I think this game is better then the National Championship. This game is going to come down to how well OSU's defense does. We know Texas has a high power offense. We know they dont have a great defense. We can score agaist them. If we can just stop them or well slow them down Buckeyes can pull this off. We will have to lay Colt out on his ass all game to pull this win off. We can win GO BUCKEYES!
