None of the Hawaii health officials have said they have seen a 1961 typewritten longform BO birth certificate listing a hospital with their own eyes. Same goes for Governors Lingle and Abercrombie. The Supreme Court still follows the precedent that it set in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), In Wong Kim, the court ruled that a child born to Chinese parents who were not US Citizens was a Natural Born Citizen because the child was born in the US and subject to US jurisdiction.

There was a real Hawaii certificate issued yesterday that showed the numbers that obama is using but it is numbers lower than Obama's and this person was born a day after. Do I believe Obama was born in the US? Answer: I have no business "believing" where he was born. Obama needs to provide the long form birth certificate in order for me to have an opinion. McCain provided his long form birth certificate -- even though he was a crummy candidate. The eligibility issue has come up many times in history. Obama is the first candidate to get away with such stonewalling. Infotainment pseudo-journalism is irrelevant; what matters is investigation and documentation.

None of the Hawaii health officials have said they have seen a 1961 typewritten longform BO birth certificate listing a hospital with their own eyes. Same goes for Governors Lingle and Abercrombie. They have said they saw notations in the records or an unspecified vital health record that supports the laser-printed COLB.

His certificate says he was born in Hawaii. If a certificate of live birth was given in Hawaii to a baby from some other country, it would list the name of the other country, so unless his document is a forgery, you have no point.
Second, this policy of giving out certificates to foreign born citizens was not established until 20 years after Obama was born, so you're point is doubly moot.

These checks include amongst others a candidates age and country of birth and, I would probably guess that since both organizations were under republican supervision at the time, they did not just take Obamas word for it. lo. @rosieaasful , there is no statute or regulation requiring the FBI or State Dept. to verify that candidates for president are constitutionally eligible. Indeed, there is no federal law on the books requiring any particular agency or entity to examine a candidate's birth certificate. That is why states like Arizona are passing laws to require such proof before a candidate's name is placed on the ballot.

@Boostnitup Title 8 Section 1401 makes no requirement that either parent be a US Citizen for the Child to be a Natural Born Citizen and you can provide no current US law that supports your position. The Supreme Court still follows the precedent that it set in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), In Wong Kim, the court ruled that a child born to Chinese parents who were not US Citizens was a Natural Born Citizen because the child was born in the US and subject to US jurisdiction.

If the founding fathers had intended that Natural Born Citizenship require that the parents of Children be US Citizens then they would have made it a law. The only definition given by the US is in Title 8 1401 which does not require either parent to be a Citizen and the Supreme Court ruling in v. Wong Kim says that neither parent need be a citizen. 'This has not been overturned. This is the law. my friend.

@Boostnitup For your further edification, the cars of American citizens are confiscated everyday for less reasons then you fantasy entails like tax evasion, drug dealing and in some states things as simple as lack of motor vehicle insurance or failure to pay traffic tickets. Respond to this video... Good luck bringing tanks to Detroit, Cleveland, Watts, and Baltimore... Last time I checked the numbers those tanks are busy elsewhere. If Obama had been green with orange stripes and they believed that the people wanted a candidate with those attributes, he would have still have been the nominee. You guys thought that after the 2010 elections the Republicans would take up your cause. What happened instead is that the GOP is trying to distance itself as far away from you as possible. Once we hear your threats and label you as a nut, we then associate the GOP with you and they too are seen as nuts.
