  • this is what my gym does too! 1 hour 1/2 of conditioning!!!! :)

  • 3 set of 15 chins, with weights! I'm not a man compared to them!

  • @JonasLove27886 Have you tried 2 minute wallsits before? If you're a beginner, they burn like hell! YES, wall sits tome their legs.

  • @123GoAskAlice Haha, i actually tried it at the gym and barely got pass 45 secs so yeah they are definitely harder than they look. Im gonna keep trying to reach at least a min and a half. Wish me good luck.

    yeah, 2 minute wall sits with weights. that's pretty good, and people like you that don't know what you're talking about and saying everythings easy, get your facts straight.

  • @angeliqueey easy or hard is NOT a fact its an opinion, usually based on your experiance. But I know its tough to do a 2 min wallsit for a lot of people, at least in the beginning. But I have to outmost respect for everybody who trains to get stronger, you included :) Peace!
