Considering I believe I am the victim of one of these Eugenics programs and considering my research leads me to believe the Rockefeller Foundation is heavily involved, and in fact that organization did in fact train Dr. Mengele, along with British physicians, and the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany.
