This was Eduardos' third set of 20 that day when I grabbed the camera. He can do them with the weight plate too, but I don't think he does them in the air like this when he uses a weight plate.

you have strong core..but this kind movement is just for hipflexer and stability of core, whereby abs is getting it´s workout..

I can do 50 of those without breaking a sweat. Nothing but an endurance exercise, there. add weight, hold a plate behind your head when doing those.
