  • Thats rubbish I can do 25 situps on a bench that allows you to hang upside down and all done with my hands behind my head which makes it harder. Owned the bench for over 20 years so used to it. Benefits in MMA situation. Supposed I better post a vid if someone slags me off? Who dares

  • If he did that slowly with a 5 sec hold near the bottom with weight, then it might get close to 'amazing'...

  • you have strong core..but this kind movement is just for hipflexer and stability of core, whereby abs is getting it´s workout..

  • This was Eduardos' third set of 20 that day when I grabbed the camera. He can do them with the weight plate too, but I don't think he does them in the air like this when he uses a weight plate.

  • that sounds like a bad idea. I would stick with body weight.

  • I can do 50 of those without breaking a sweat. Nothing but an endurance exercise, there. add weight, hold a plate behind your head when doing those.
