I like it when he asks to borrow a quarter for the pay phone and says "I'll pay you back next week!" This was part of a "trilogy" of Fuji and Muraco shorts---the other ones were "Fuji Bantito" and "Fuji General" This one was filmed in Ocean City, Maryland.
