I don't have 2 cards so it wasn't that. Now its mostly fixed but still my GTX260 is to slow for this. I have all settings at Medium and no AA with my 1055T I get around 30FPS. Latest drivers. BF series never run smooth as COD games. But I sacrifice that for the game quality and players vs hateful kids :D
i have the same problem but not so hard like yours some areas are full of little stuttering i have always over 60 fps other games running much better in my opinion maybe i smoke to much while gaming or my eyes kidding me
@Fj4LiFe23 I see, i get stuttering in some games with my 6850 ati radeon but not as much on battlefield, perhaps time for an upgrade? have you seen this issue on people who have the same card as you?
@Ryosuke1208 My brother has the exact same card as me running 3 x 22" monitors in eyefinity on bf3 and it runs great...i just RMA'ed my card so hopefully that will be the end of it
@Ryosuke1208 I assume so it was approved for me. I had a card to compare it to so i knew my card was having a problem because the other one is completely fine
hii all use just 6 gig of memory and sttutering will go off the game definitely neads moore memory belive me iwe try all solutions and last was buying 2gig moore and finaly problem resolved damn game runns all ULTRAA AA 4x smooth.
core2 duo 3gig. overclocked 4.165 mhz ati 5870 overclocked 900/1300 and 6GIG RAM :)
Does this occur when moving forward (without using the mouse) or only when using the mouse ? Disable hyper threading , if it continues then it may be mouse stuttering. I have created a forum posting about this.

Dude I'm having the EXACT same problem... using a 5700 DPI mouse and it stutters annoyingly... but when I used a 360 controller.. it's smooth.
i7 2600k 4.5 GHz
2 x MSI GTX580 3GB VRAM in SLI
16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1800
1920x1080 120hz 27in 3D monitor
Fraps showing 119 FPS average over 15 minute game, and I don't have this problem with any other game or in windows...

If you use an AMD card, they just released a profile that fixes this stutter.
Heres a link to the 64-bit page (remove the spaces):
