@slashdotism Glad you enjoyed it! I have learned some more things about siphon coffee making. It is very important to NOT over stir the coffee in the upper chamber, because it will increase the coffee absorption, making the coffee bitter. Do not make 'whirlpools' in the coffee brewing chamber also, but instead just do a gentle back-and-forth motion with your stirrer. Let the water in the upper chamber calm down as much as possible before putting in ground beans.. HAVE FUN !
