  • Why the double standard? "Faux"bama denies his affiliations with left wing cooks, even though there is overwelming videos and recorded comments that show otherwhise. "Faux"bama is the only candidate that sealed his birth and academic records. Why? What is there to hide?

  • Wright is completely WRONG. Yearning for revenge is HATRED.

  • House Niggers

  • OBAMA 2008!!!

(But I still believe in Harvey Dent)

  • I just have one question for you "what is the wrong type of black person"? you tell me that there is no wrong type of person and that was uncalled for!! think before you speak!

  • yeah...for the worst~!

  • Thank you, thank you thank you Charlie for the great guest and questions that you offer. We need you on FOX TV.

  • Wright was right. However, his performance at the National Press Club made him look like an ego-maniac.

  • Sorry, I like Rev. Wright and agree mostly with his comments....and guess what, I'm a rich white guy who went to Yale! I do think wright should be more parsing and careful right now, and he's wrong to hurt Obama--but I do agree with his 1st ammendment rights!

  • what about Hagee?

  • Rev. Wright was appalling and distasteful, and I agree with Rep. Clyburn, Rev. Wright was being vindictive. Obama's former pastor should be elated and show pride in his church member reaching a historical monument as the first African American President. Rev. Wright divided himself among his own Black community. How pitiful!

  • miriamspirit,

    Pitiful is Wright!

  • " We should praise the government when it is correct and we should criticize it when it goes astray but we should never give it sheep-like blind faith."(George Washington) Also may I suggest Medical Apartheid a book worth reading and if anyone needs any further truth of what the government is capable of go read about the Tuskugee Project. People better wake up and understand what Washington was talking about dang we study government and we still don't know what time it is.

  • For those that lacked clarity back in mid march, recent days have strongly demonstrated to them that Wright was NEVER taken out of context.

Did these men watch the video of the lies he told about America and about white people?

Obama saw the video: "All it was was a bunch of rants that aren't grounded in truth,"

Anyone that says that Wright is speaking truth is being irrational.

  • kodac81, I agree. Wright mocks the media for taking soundbites - Obama also has also relied on the excuse about soundbites - then, when given the opportunity to explain those soundbites, Wright defends what he said. No one can any longer say that Wright, in any of the videos we've seen, was taken out of context.

  • Why did Rev. Wright's supporters think it would be helpful to hear longer versions of the "snippets"?

America is like Al Qida? That's the full context that is supposed to make everyone feel better? I hope that those that continue to defend Wright are not representative of anything; I don't think that they are.

  • Can you give an example...

  • "All it was, was a bunch of rants that aren't grounded in truth" "His comments were not only divisive and destructive, but I believe that they end up giving comfort to those who prey on hate and I believe that they do not portray accurately the perspective of the black church."

"those who prey on hate" is not a reference to white people. You need to think about that eche73
