nope. it works on 4 bars and all offline type of connections. kingshazeem and I live 10 minutes from each other, both have the same cable company and connection and have 4 bars, every offline combo works on our connection etc... and this raiden 82% works on our connection also. and is very easy to do.... the only hard part about it is doing 4 as the unblockable. using 1 instead works everytime.
its harder to do on laggier connections because of the delay and missing unblockable frames. thanks
