Heard this in the listening room at Linn (high end hifi manufacturer). The speakers and equipment it was playing on was worth tens of thousands of pounds. This cover is beautifully honest recording. The sound quality at Linn was crisp with presence and perfect clarity. Equipment aside, this is a fantastic piece of music.
Gary Numan himself said he doubted he could ever do as well as this performance! Aside from the fact he is crazy modest, he wrote some of the best lyrics of the early 80's music.
