@Headcrabman99 Thats not the valve themselves. This tool can just screw your map up so its not required (even required is a bad word for description).

Dont ever use crave tool. It can screw up your map if you will place something bad.

I own on building the maps but I SUCK on saving them and put them in cs, when I ''Save as...''

Then I called my map fy_houserush and I saved then I get some vmf file and not bsp and anyway when I put in maps then it dosent show up in my map list in cs, please help, thx

When you "Save as..", you are just saving the struction or the "project" of yours. If you want to make your map into a .bsp file, you need to compile your .vmf file. To do that, press F9 or go below "Save as..". Then you'll see an "Run map." There you just press "Run map". Whenever you're done compiling, there will be a .bsp file in the same folder as your .vmf. Put that in your /maps folder to play it.

just one thing, I just finish map and I need some tutorials, I placed spawn points and it didnt work, I cant spawn on map and I also need some lamps and I dont know how to make lamps becouse its a morning on the map and whole house is almost black inside xD

But I place out the enity tool then I take info_player_terrorist, and counter terrorist but I cant spawn in game and the whole house is black and I need the lamps xD so I very much need a tutorial :)

I didn't transform. I choosed "Objects". Instead of taking "Block" I picked "Cylinder". At the right.

Haha.. tryck F9, skriv in vad banan ska heta, t.ex: "de_funland", sen kryssar du i "Don't run the game" och har i kryssat på allt i "Normal". Sen sparar du genom att trycka OK. Sen låter du den gå, tryck ingenstans, det kan lagga ett tag. Men väntar du länge så sparas den beroende på hur stor banan är. ;) Lycka till.
