all he did was get a sloved one, did the algorithm thing backwords like 5 times, then recorded himself doing it forweards 5 times... thats how he knew exactluy when to stop

6 times.... as mentioned in my description. And you did notice the cube goes from a solved state to a solved state, right? No reason to run the algorithm backwards first. Just start with a solved cube, run through the algorithm 6 times (forward) and you'll find the cube ends back in the solved state again.

B would be back, where the yellow side (the one I'm looking at) would be the front. I use D for bottom (or down)

heh... I do that in between solvings while riding the bus, or standing in very long lines, etc.
