The reason for the mow is that by tradition Officer cadets grow a moustche starting at 100 days left prior to commissioning, shaving them on the 50th day to go. This exercise occured during this period.

@freewilly2fly Yes, the NZ Army still selects two people to study at ADFA (Australian Defence Force Academy) for three years, and then attend RMC (Royal Military College) in their 4th year.

quick to be putting down these fellas capabilities with childish brain farts not realizing the video title speaks for itself, they're officer cadets in training. If you are in-capable of figuring that out it also means learning...i'm certain they will become good officers. A good officer is also a gentlemen while the rest of you bad mouthing fools just embarrass yourselves in a public forum while lacking good character.

these guys are focused 24/7 with very limited time to themselves,it's hard to shave the whole lot at 6am in the morning when they know the enermy could strike at anytime!!
