That was great capturing the analog shutoff of one channel and seeing another channel on the same frequency still active. Those old TV sets are still usable if you have cable or a converter box. All you need is a 75 to 300ohm transformer which can be found just about anywhere. Last I checked Walmart had some. The UHF channels may have gone off the air prior to June 12th in your area, although, you can always hook up the cable to the UHF terminals to see if the TV did fail on UHF. Try it.
