Hey do you know how to fix the screen? The connector from the Zen to the screen is loose and I can't seem to reconnect it. Please message me if you know how to fix this.

I've done it!!!! You have to rotate the white plastic thing vertically, than you should insert the screen connectors between that white plastic and the contact. Insert the connection deeply, than turn down the white plastic, place a tape to safe all (maybe the orange tape that was on before), close and power up!!!

Well mine is really dead, tried to open to unplug/replug the battery, no reset works, no remove battery works. And someone said that when it's black for good, can't upgrade firmware??? Pfft. No more ideas!
