I have one and I love it. It really keeps liquids thermally stable for hours and is very easy to use and clean. I'll have to look into this plastic business though. I mean the plastic is much more robust than a plastic lid on a paper cup yet people drink from that all the time.
I have the Sipp Tumbler and i put coffee atleast 5 times in it already. The plastic does not melt. Why would they make the lid out of meltable plastic if your able to put hot liquids in it?

Thermal Plastics....do some research and stop being ignorant. Its even bpa free :P
