i actually wasn't trying to be mean to any one i just felt like say'n that....oh yeah and i got one of those and just the other day i switched the white pick guard with a black one and now its black on black with a little white pin stripe around the edge of the pick guard which makes look pretty bad ass...and its pretty fun to play to.

Excelente review, pero tengo dos dudas. ¿la paleta (debido a su tamaño) hace que la guitarra se incline hacia el suelo? y la otra duda es ¿Cuantos muelles tiene el puente de la guitarra para permitirte cambiar la afinación a D?... gracias.

nice review. i actually bought one of these squiers as a backup guitar, but i really like it. it also looks a lot like the billy corgan signature model (his has dimarzio though) and like a strat that johnny marr uses occasionally.

Muy buena la guitarra. Ojo que las de Indonesia y Malasia es mucho mejor de las que se hacen en en China , especialmente Malasia (Squire Sham Kamikaze es de excelente calidad).

Buen video hermano. La verdad Squire no está del todo mal (al menos hablando de sus gamas altas)...pero ya sabes hay el factor mental en la gente que erroneamente cree: fender = buena, squire = mala y eso definitivamente no es cierto...yo tenmgo una fender japonesa y una squire gama alta y amo las dos guitarras por igual...mi squire tiene un hot rails en el puente y va muy bien

I do believe these are Duncan Designed Hot Rails, not the actual Seymour Duncan SHR-1. They are similar, but the SHR-1 has more output.

@zebackq hey there, just saw you asking about what 'hot rails' are, and gmenalosada was right, the are pickups, but strats usually come with single coil pickups, the 'hot rails' are actually compressed EMG pickups essentially, alot more gain can be achieved, just tohought id help you out a bit :)

As I know, hot rails are Seymour Duncan Humbucker pick-ups in single coils size, like Seymour Duncan SHR-1. That is a single coil sized humbucker.

Recien despues de ver esto y comparar el sonido con el de mi Squier logre entender CUANTO puede cambiar el clean entre un humbucker (bah, hot rail. Supongo que en un humbucker sera mas acentada todavia la dif) y el single coil. Y eso que mis singles tampoco son buenos jajaj.

@urik Lo mismo me paso a mi viendo este y otros reviews de pastillas humbuckers diseñadas para Stratocasters, que son basicamente lo mismo, pero del tamaño de una single-coil o sencilla (aunque no se si por ser diferente el tamaño, cambia algo el resultado final)
