Certified Naturally Grown is regulated among the farmers themselves and is better than organic(IMO). Also be weary of bottom feeder shell fish etc, that fished out of the Pacific. From LA South there are still traces of DDT along the ocean floor.

natural food is food produced by nature.

it is food that repoduces itself through chemical effinity. NOT through hybridization. a carrot is not natural. potatoes are not natural. corn is not natural. these plants do not occur in nature they were made by man (artificial)

you can get an organic carrot, but it is still an artificial food, it is inferior to natural food in all senses of the word.
