  • It seems that at least before Euronymous died he build himself a communist society were he ruled, the innecer circle....but anyway, that stupid wey of though will never lead to better....

  • Well, if we focus on the Underground scene, early 90's was a golden age, we should go back to make gigs in home, garages hanging out all the muscians like friends. With my band i'm trying to "re-take" that attitude now in early's 10's...

  • I am in awe at the amount of lameness from 4:20 to 4:40.

    Just. Wow.

  • @Maialeen you mean the part where the jerk is talking about killing animals and trances and blood? Yes I agree that jerk is beyond sick, weak and stupid

  • @Ecscape18 Trallagh?

  • @Ecscape18 they were friends.they still spoke just before Aarseth was murdered

  • I can't understand how these three people could be the original Mayhem, they seems so different.

Manheim appears as a very likeable, genuine and well-behaved man, talking almost like a author or a scholar.

Euronymous seemed to be a utter maniac who inwards neither drank or took drugs. But outwardly he was an extremely egocentric, disturbed madman.

Necrobutcher, reminds of an average Death metal musician living with a hard image on the scene, but in the private he is like everybody else.

  • @padda4 but you have to remember, those guys are older now. if Euronymous was alive today he probably would admit the stuff they used to do was pretty dumb.

The Black Circle... more like the black circus if you ask me.

  • @padda4 actually, the original mayhem was necro, manheim and messiah. oystein joined later.

  • what does snuff mean? he said they watched ''snuff''movies he was into that? what is snuff? 2:24

  • @steve0995

Snuff is the filming of real death, usually involving sex.

  • Ha! Varg looks a bit like Neville Longbottom from Harry Potter on that Picture 5:01 xD

  • what the,,

whats with the plastic bag thing? i dont get that at all

  • @langestock Back when Dead was alive and singing in MayheM, he used to put a dead bird in a plastic bag on a regular basis.

And then he`d inhale that smell, the smell of death, to get himself into that state of mind.

  • Aarseth treathened many people with their lifes, and did a bunch of other "crazy" things. and the band members confirms that, and the court still didn't believe that Varg Vikernes killed him because he tried to kill him first? wtf?

  • @Hanso661 I don't think THAT was the court's issue with the fact Varg killed him.

  • varg with a bazooka lmao

  • Comment removed

  • Damn those lame-o hawaiian print shirts! Kill everyone wearing them!

  • They didn't mention here that Euro and Dead almost hated each other at the end. Pure fucking Armageddon Necro said they got into each others nerves. My personal opinion Euro did have to do with Dead's death.

  • Manheim seems like the only sensible one out of everyone in that scene

  • @louiscfc93 he doesn't seem like he's the only one. He is the only one.

  • @louiscfc93 jeje I said the same thing in the pt.3, he seems to be a cool 40 years old dude, and Euronymous according to his friends since they were child was a really calm well "readed" boy, but he was overwellm by the fame of Mayhem, that is lesson #1 for all musicians, a band is not your live, is the part of your live that makes it better..

  • @louiscfc93 him and fenriz

  • Very interesting! They talk about how crazy Euronymous was, communist and so forth.. -it doesn't matter much musically, The truth is that Aarseth created the timeless, magnificent

"De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas". That is for me the reason he is a legend.-not because of image/political views/photos/psycological disurbances..

-Mayhem have released a number of albums after Euronumous death,-none of them worthy of the legacy of "the mysteriis.."

  • i disagree, i mean i like "De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas" but the first what i hear abour mayhem was: you know about mayhem? his vocalist kill himself and the guitarrist was killed for another guitarrist, you know? right now the teenagers of all the world are talking about mayhem but not just about the music but about suicide, satanism, burn churches euronymous, burzum...

  • I always favored the content of the music before all this media attention. When I first read (heard?) about BM I just wanted to know what it sounded like. It wasn't until after I heard some bands (I don't remember what was the first BM band I heard, either Immortal, Mayhem or Burzum) that I heard about that church burnings and the deaths involved that the media pushed as "satanic".

  • @tingtongnidnoi, I agree with you about it not being particularly musically relevant, but when you find out that he was only a man who mostly fantasised about being extreme in nature and called himself the king of black metal, it's somewhat disillusioning. To know that the man who helped shaped the foundations of black metal was really just someone who dream about and tried to be something he wasn't and acted it out when he was alone.

  • isn't terje "tchort" with blood red throne these days?

  • orion learn english and if u mean The black church i can assure you that those guys are not violent or .... more violent than normal people

  • The Swedish band they were going to kidnap and kill, was actually Therion.

  • Not only Therion, Euronymous had also sent threats to Entombed & Dismember.

  • @Dungarth wtf are you talking about dude he sent them to deicide and gorgoroth

  • Sorry, Manheim. Merciless was the first band on DSP

  • he actually says, " i think it was the first record on dsp"

    Bad subs

  • What year was this filmed in?

  • The commentary from 6:04 is very insightful and explains 99% of the violence in the world today.

  • VARG VIKERNES WITH BAZOOKA :d :d :d

  • this is the best documentary about the environment ever made.

  • Nope...

  • No what?

    Won't they rest?

  • No... He wont be killed... Anyway, he will forever liv....:D

  • Oh sure....like there aren't people willing to -.-

Personally I know several persons wanting to take a flight to Norway just for that.

  • Yeah, because Vikernes doesn't have any contacts...

Anyway, why do they wanna kill him?

  • Are you kidding me? I don't care if he is killed or not, but reasons are certainly not lacking.

    1. For diehard MayheM fans, he killed the leader, the co-founder and perhaps the best composer they ever had, damaging seriously the band.

    2. He has always been an attention whore, going to the police for the arsons just to get publicity. He also ruined Black metal by making it a newspaper theme and luring posers like it had never happened.

  • Attention whore? he made those claims so Euronymous' shop got a little bit more popular and what happens when Varg gets out of Jail? Euronymous has shut down the shop! this isn't a real good reason why but Euronymous was a dorky little coward who started the fight and died running away. Euronymous made a couple of attempts to get hold of a weapon. And Snorre Ruch whom Varg was with at the time had hardly anything to do with it...he was on the basement floor smoking a cigarette waiting for Varg.

  • 3. Aside from any Burzum/Mayhem rivalry, Vikernes behaved like a real coward with Euronymous. First going to his residence under fake excuses, bringing someone to get an upper hand and finally killing him with a knife on his back.

What is really funny is that he is supposed to defend Pagan and Viking pride, and I think we should all know that they did not behaved like rats and fought with their face uncovered and courageously.

  • Your are an idiot! That`s ofcourse my sbjective opinion. But who are you to tell what Varg is and what he is not? Were you ther by that time? Did you saw how everything was going? That`s ignorant how all these die hard fans act now: we will kill Vrg, we will do this or that. Grow up and get a life!

  • Check this. I said it before anything: "Are you kidding me? I don't care if he is killed or not, but reasons are certainly not lacking."

I don't mind him, but I was explaining to this other guy why I think people want him dead.

On a note aside, the knife in the back fact I got it from the report of the medical exams conducted on Euronymous' corpse, which determined that the strike that killed him was the one located in the point between his neck and his back.

  • but he was stabbed in the skull? and one to the back/neck somehow killed him? I believe it must have been a nearly fatal stab inflicted as Euronymous was running and that the skull shot just finished him.

  • I believe the fatal wound was caused by a stab to Euronymous' forehead. and Euronymous planned to knock Varg unconscious and torture him to death... not very cowardly? I think it is.

I don't feel like arguing, you just seem plain ignorant.

maybe read Varg's Biography on his website?

    especially the Euronymous section.

  • the ones that had personal issues towards varg aren´t into killing him anymore, so why any euro fanboy will do it?

  • its fascinating how all these bands link up to one another, under this one story that combinates in the feud of Oystein and Varg and then ultimately Oystein's murder.

its almost like its was fate...

  • One of, if not the best Band in the History of Black metal!

  • thank you so much for uploading man.

  • what manheim says is really true.
