Hey there skotein! Really appreciate what you're doing, and I'd say you're either doing very well in your music study or will, if you haven't yet transferred to that four year.

If you would accept some input though, it sometimes feels like your pieces lack a better sense of pace. It shows to me in this one, as well as in the RSE ending one. That said, the orchestration is quite good, especially for someone your age!

Anne makes port, the children of the elegant guests gather on the beach to hear the call of Lapras and Gyarados. That's kinda how I imagine it.

Very nice remix. However I never liked the SS Anne for her modern cruise-ship appearance. A theme like this is more appropriate for the traditional 19th century ocean-liner with it's huge funnels and pristine white superstructure, since the abbreviation "SS" stands for Steam Ship. The ship depicted in-game/cartoon is more associated with discos and rave parties.
