@axecescode you are gonna have to find a way to put openSSH on your iPhone as otherwise the iPhone directory wont be accessible. That is also the reason as to why it says connection time out; it is not authorized to connect to your iPhone.

You can try to fix Cydia by restoring your iPhone so that Cydia will work again or you can maybe find another solution in order to get openSSH on your iPhone.

yes your iPhone does need to be jailbroken in order to SSH, otherwise you will not be able to enter the root files.

So basically jailbreak your iPhone first and then you can SSH

hey ipsxi, without a wireless card you won't be able to do this :s however, you can check out some of the other tutorials on ssh'ing (there are some where you only need a USB cable, no wireless card).

you are probably on windows eh?> i had the same when i still used windows then i switched to mac and it worked without a problem.. however make sure your pc is on the same wifi network as your iPhone,otherwise it won't work. if not i guess you'll have to keep trying and search for youtube videos on that subject or forums (google it), maybe others have the same problem.
