effing hell... I didn't know it could julianne thingys. My chef didn't teach that to my class!! Hmm... I wonder whats next, a gadget that could brunoise or macedoine anything you want.

is this one reliable and easy to clean? I've heard from friends who say that some other mandolines break easily.
