This seems to be more gimmick, then useful. It's like having huge icons, what's the difference of having small icons, oh, you can't read, is that it, they're too small, so you need a whole window filled with huge tiles, oh okay, that makes sense, since your IQ is 70, you probably have a hard time finding out how to move the mouse inside the OS, so you need to use your hand, like a kid in kindergarten. This is not innovation, it's a step backwards.
Learn to fucking encode a video. 16:9 recording means the video should be 16:9. Also how could you even start development for this? The official tiling UI for Windows 8 isn't even finished yet.
