Listen, I want you to actually read the Constitution. If you do you will see "The Congress shall have Power - To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof." Meaning, that Congress can make any law that allows it to use a enumerated power. Sorry buddy but the Constitution is a growing document.

I wanted to see a single payer plan passed it what this country needs to compete with other countries and bring back the jobs that have been sent overseas where workers who don't have to pay for health care can afford to work for less wages. 30% of health care cost are profit and administrative cost . medicare gets the job done for 3% of cost . this is one example of the government being much more efficient than private business.

I don't understand the point of the ad. He cut $500 billion out of Medicare, that's a lot of money. Then it accuses him of too much taxing and too much debt. So you don't like the spending cuts, you don't like the taxes and don't like the debt. What you're asking for is a repeal of the laws of mathematics. You simply can't cut taxes and lower the debt without spending cuts. This ad is targeted toward dumb people. You're underestimating the constituency you're asking to vote for you.
