ok can sum one plx help me i have had a blockt nose for about 3-4 year now it is only ever in 1 nostrel and can be verry irritating the only time it dosnt realy bother me is when im out side i have tryd nasel decongeston spray but by the next moring it is back and i have tryd nati pot thingy it only macks my nose hert and when it is blockt it swaps batween ech nostril and when it is warm it is evan wers can sum one plz plz plz plz help if u might know anything i can do

Sinus rinse may appear to work for a while how ever it can make sinus problems much worse if used long term.

local chemist perhaps , its $13 here in australia , just type in BECONASE into google and look it up, it takes maybe three days to a week for it to take affect , but after that man it fixed everything wrong with my sinus , you spray only twice a day into each nostril then when its under controll you spray once a day into each nostril. some days i forget to spray it , but i barely need it anymore

hey me also suffring frm sinusitis

i hve try few things-

1.breathet coconut oil in each nostrils 3-4 times a day.

2.put turmuric(haldi) in hot water n milk

then drink it do dis after meal.

3.use ginger in tea..

it will minimize sinusitis to a great extent worked 4 me.

my sinusitis is pissing me off , it started as weak symptoms then every year it got worse and now my nose gets completely blocked up and i have to use 12hour nasal decongestants, some days its better than others than my eyes feel like burning and tired and my whole face feels tired

How was that tooth infection treated? I had a slight toothache, which has become more severe, and now almost all the pain is in the maxillary sinus cavity. So, I was thinking maybe I have a sinus infection.

I know how you feel. An ENT told me Antihistamines(decongestants) make the problem worse. I am glad he didn't suggest that. It actually makes the mucus thicker. I used to wonder why when I took them I would actually get hoarse. I just get tired of battling it. I have been using an apple cider vinegar remedy that actually helps alot. Check that out on the internet. I am using honey too. But mine is chronic, and I sing professionally. I HATE it.

i found a new product called BECONASE ive been using for about 4 months and my sinus is under control and now its heaps better , now my nose is not blocked anymore and i can breath like normal now some days i dont have to spray cos its all good , mine was getting chronic it was blocked 24/7 and in the end the antihistamines did not want to work anymore instead of 12 hour relief it was lasting maybe 40 minutes
