  • So here's the deal ladies.... this seems to be a taboo "don't talk about it" challenge. Think of one other lady you know. Either YOU or your friend has or will be faced with pelvic floor issues. Prolapse or Incontinence. 50% of all women experience troubles.

    Loved the Engage the Lower Abs, tighten your but and then upper abs advice. We need more help on this... or at least 50% of us women do AND all the men who have had prostrate surgery - they have troubles too!!

  • Thanks for addressing this...I was trying to engage the muscles but could not keep them engaged when adding them at the end of the setup. Gonna get in the habit of engaging it before!
