So there are two people talking. One is a younger well spoken person capable of reading. Who is the other person, older speaking with gauze in their mouth, has a hard time reading English?
We're brothers, I'm the younger one. The older man is my brother he had tobacco in his mouth. The only reason he had a hard time reading is because my phone was in the way and he was at an angle.
If a merchant sells a product which is not what he claimed or what was listed then they are responsible for the full amount of the sale. As a consumer I have more more rights than the merchant. I know this because I am also a business owner. If the product is what was listed then there would be no need to return the item.
The seller made a false claim as far as the condition of the merchandise. If the seller lies why would as I the buyer be responsible for any of the charges?
