@froggyXIII depends ... if you have Flaming Cliffs 1 use Hyper Lobby. Just type hyper lobby into google and download , and install it. If you have FC2 then it has a built in multiplayer lobby so that you can play online. Hope that helps.

@xXxMartin96xXx Arma 2 is my #1 favorite game, BUT the level flight sim aspect of arma 2 is a joke. It's on a BF2 level of course with better flight physics but in the end arma 2 was meant for ground warfare. The aircraft are mostly there to provide a fully functional battlefield. So i stick to lomac, and wait i didn't know you could use weapons in flight simulator x.

@xXxMartin96xXx nope you can only fly su-25,su-27,su-33,mig-29,a-10a,f-15c, it's a flight sim. however there are a lot of ground units that you can place to create your scenario but those are only for AI.

@marc15yo It's too bad no one has really updated Falcon 4.0 to modern standards. I used to love how you could go through the entire engine start process and have to align the inertial navigation system and how you could use the computer (the one in the jet) to set different dive toss parameters, etc. If only they could get LOMAC to the same level of fidelity (literally having almost every button and function modeled in the jet.)

Especially when you don't speak russian lol. I tried FreeFalcon 5.0 and man that was pathetic (on my part). I couldn't even do a RAMP start. It was so pathetic. So i pretty much quit lol. So my plan is to master LOMAC, then master DCS A-10C, then master Free-Falcon in that order.

I would go flying around and immediately get shot out of the sky by AAA fire until I started to really learn about how it all worked. It is a very steep learning curve. But in a way that's what I liked about it. A lot of it is learning about all the weapons systems that could potentially shoot you down and how to deal with those as much as learning your own jet.

Man, I really love this sim. But I would like to try other modern combat sim. Can someone tell me the good combat sim besides Falcon 4.0 and Total Air War? Maybe the sim for F-15C,F-22, or F-35 that can work on WinXP and has good 3d graphics?
If you have LOMAC , and I assume you do, look in your options under controls in the game. In there you should find the buttons for LOMAC and it should say. But just from memory I think you have to be facing the aircraft that you want to follow and push the "." key on your keypad. Hope that helps

@SWAT941027 You can google lomac aircraft skins or just download the skins package when VFAT arrives. Or go to any of the many wonderful squadrons of lomac im sure they will be happy to give you their latest and greatest skins they worked so hard on.

as he said only in terms of graphics, because falcon 4.0 AF has made very good use of the addons there were for falcon 4.0 already and made a quite good simulation on the F16 one problem i find in lomac is gettng to understand the use of the cockpit since it is not direct interface like falcon

this game just made me mad as hell after trying it out, didn't stay on my pc more than 10 minutes, how can people call it a simulator? you can do whatever stunts u want without stalling the plane but when trying to fly at very low altitude,even when there`s more than 40 meters between the ground and the plane you instantly crash.......force feedback is so poor that all you will feel are the centering springs and nothing more..so I guess it was ment to be played on keyboard in arcade style only..
You have to run lomac FC in administrator mode and some might have to run it in windows xp mode for compatibility but with the right versions of lock on and proper sound packs you should not have any problems

To answer your questions, if not already answered:P.. The blur is a standard feature which you can turn on/off in the options menu..And about the Blue angels/Thunderbirds they're a virtual aerobatics squadron that fly in LOMAC online..Their skins and even the F16/18 mod you can find on the better LOMAC mod community sites..You can find alot of cool stuff there..and hopefully soon we'll have the Blackshark addon/DCS soon as well:)
another thing, if anyone wants me to add their photos or anyone's photos to the pilot log book pilot creator, i can add any picture you want and replace the songs in the game too.
press ctrl or alt+view(f1-f6&f-11). to get the mouse pan view, go to options, then controls, switch from assignments to axises, select mouse, and set the horizontal and vertical view axises. sometimes you might require a joystick with axises to make the pan available in the cockpit, although the cockpit mouse is available by default in v1.0 and the lomac demo. My question is how to get you squadron in that daimond shaped fomation(1:15), its not in my squadron commands.
The only way you can get your squadron in those diamond shaped formations is to fly with online pilots. Those pilots flying in the footage I showed you are part of an elite group of Virtual Aerobatic Teams and they fly in VFAT annually (Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams). You wont find any commands in Lomac that will allow you to fly in tight formation like that.
kool, can 1.1 fc play online? i cant join any games, and i used all of my renewals(i got the web version) trying to fix lomac because it is not compatable with the 1.12a or b patches, so those are not an option.

1- because there are a lot of public planes the game is heavy
2- no helicopters............black hawk, pavelow, super stallion, sea king, sea knight, littlebird, kiowa (shitty), chinook......none of them
3- not mission for military planes, i WANT see a mission where you pick an A-10 and bomb some small enemy boats

The only way you can get your squadron in those diamond shaped formations is to fly with online pilots. Those pilots flying in the footage I showed you are part of an elite group of Virtual Aerobatic Teams and they fly in VFAT annually (Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams). You wont find any commands in Lomac that will allow you to fly in tight formation like that.

kool, can 1.1 fc play online? i cant join any games, and i used all of my renewals(i got the web version) trying to fix lomac because it is not compatable with the 1.12a or b patches, so those are not an option.
