I think Dawn's stuntin ass just shows up for major performances, like the BET Awards and that thing with Salt n Pepa to do "Whatta Man." She's nowhere to be seen when they're struggling.

You know that she and her husband (or ex-husband-I hear that they're back together) were supposed to have a reality show, but Dre' pulled out cuz of the marital issues they were having. She was singing in his group "The Dre' Allen Project" for a while. Hopefully this recent performance with En Vogue will bring them back together for good. We need real SANGIN' girl groups back!
We sure do, but I don't really see Dawn pullin it together enough to stick it out with EnVogue to do a new album and maybe a tour. She seems so unfocused and confused to me, especially with her being a grown ass woman. The sad part is that EnVogue fans really want to see them back together and a reunion would be truly successful, but Dawn just can't get right. And that dude Dre' seems like a real cry baby who isn't helping her situation at all.
I read so much about how much trash Dre' was talking about her, saying he can't stand her and how she's a Swinger. I read that he was getting back together with her and how he's glad that En Vogue was getting back together. Lucy Pearl says she was being a DIVA, and Dr. Dre (NWA's Dr. Dre) had her on Aftermath Records, but she said that he was taking to long (getting her music off the ground) and left. I do see your points! Maybe she can get it together this time, hopefully.

I'm goin to see them down at BB King's in Manhattan on August 23, and while I really like what Rhona brings to the group, I'll absolutely faint from pleasure if Dawn is there instead.
I like Rhona too, she is a breath of fresh air considering all the DRAMA they went through, not to hate on Amanda Cole, but somethin' just didn't fit. Maybe this is a WAKE UP CALL for Dawn that EN Vogue is her HOME! Rhona blended in just right, though. It would be wonderful to see Dawn when you go, please let me know the SCOOP. I know you're going to enjoy yourself! Even though we love Rhona, there's nothin' like the ORIGINAL 4.
