  • That opening point was pretty funny lol.

According to the ITTF handbook, for the playing arm, wrist up is the racket. That includes your hand.

  • @LightSpeed99999 Thanks!

  • What if the ball unintentionally hits the hand of a player's racket hand? Is that a fault or will the point be replayed?

  • @arnabghosh1991 If it hits your hand that you are holding the bat with, it's play on. If your shot goes on the play continues.

  • what blade and rubbers do you use?

  • I don't think it's allowed when it falls on the table. This is a 'let situation' I've been told

  • but it is perfectly legal to intentionally hit the ball with your hand while holding the bat! Don't know why you would want to do that, but it is perfectly legal!

  • A few players from Southeast Asia keep saying that contacting the table with the bat is a foul? Where the hell do they get this idea?

  • You guys should start a campaign to upload one video every day! They´re really great and you learn alot from them!

  • @Magicmaster020 Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you're benefiting from the videos.

  • very funny....and intelligent. nice!

  • What if you hit the ball with the hand that is not holding the bat but you are still holding a bat in one of your hands? Is that legal?

  • @CenaChaingangSolider No. You need to have the bat in the hand hitting the ball.

  • what if i do a heavy topspin shot, but loose the grip on my bat and it flys off and kills the other person do i loose a point?

  • @mrhotmale99 :)

  • so in effect you can hold the bat with your left hand and hit the ball with your right hand... I heard you can use any size bat what if you use a really small one and hold it in your mouth......

  • what happens if say..the ball hits the net and rolls over...you throw your bat and it hits the ball over?

  • @tabletennisperson You lose the point. The bat needs to be in your hand when it hits the ball.

  • thank you pingskills for you advice, i win my match today. i progress my backhand topspin with you. Nicolas to France.

  • Owned! xD

  • - Hey!

    -What?

    lol

  • hahahaha...........toooooooo good !!!!!!!!!!

  • how can i improve my footwork when i'm doing short games? I have problems moving in and out. my feet feel like like there stuck in a rally. What exercises can i do to improve this?? Thumbs up if you have the same problem..

  • HOLLY $%^@ did you see that? :D oh its Alois back again with more entertaining videos :D lol dropping a bat tuttorial? only cool and funny can make that :) Also Jeff you are grate too :)

  • @luftkastel If you read the description/top comments that exact question has been answered many times.

  • Can the ball strike the handle during play? I've seen it quite common with jpen players.

  • @lastxp Yes it can. In fact if you are still holding the bat it can even hit your hand.

  • What happens when the bat hits the net?

  • @schwayse If it was a serve, it's a let and the point is played again. If it's during a rally, hitting the net is legal and whoever wins the point after it hits the net wins.

  • @stefanarak I don't mean that. I know the common rules and many rare rules. But i wanted to know what happens when you touch the net with the racket. Either while holding in the hand or while the racket is thrown into the net.

  • @schwayse Wow yeah that's strange, I totally read your comment to say 'ball'. My eyes deceived me! In fact, it's a good question and I'd also like to know that answer. My guess is that you'd lose the point based on the convention of most other racket sports but I've never read anything official.

  • well im not sure with it sir alois...

  • one of the umpires in the tournament told me that hand is part of the racket hand therefore it is legal when u hit with it :PPP

  • @sk8erstrue Yes that is true as long as you are holding the bat. If you drop the bat however then you cannot use your hand.

  • @pingskills hehe so hitting the ball with your empty hand is legal too... because you are still holding the bat :p

  • @hoegarden31 No, although you can swap racket hands during a rally!

  • @pingskills thx for explaining coach :))))

  • @pingskills i also wish i could visit MSAC to see u :)))

  • @sk8erstrue let me know when you get a chance :)

  • Lol nice.

  • @iAshGotGame Thanks!
