You've pretty much got it, just got to keep on trying and you will figure out the technique. Only advice I have is try keep your front foot straighter, mabye heel it down harder so you get a faster spin?
Daamn, I saw this video like before I could kickflip and I just got around to learning switch and nollie heels. Haha
