One error isn't something to be worked up about, unless it's at a time when the bases are loaded or something. In those clutch situations, he might throw bad because of the pressure of the situation.
I'd work on accuracy, for sure. He seems to have a problem with it. If he continues to have the problem in high pressure situations, I think there's a seperate "clutch" attribute, although that may be for pitchers only. Work on that though.

After A-Rod's first throw to Giambi, I was gonna say that he isn't throwing errors anymore, but I guess I was wrong. He still is.
Can't you tell him to work on that in franchise?

I think I can work on on specific training, such as accurate or work on power.
You see my point right, A-Rod always has at least one error if he play on 3rd base.
