I like this French version but it's missing that soprano background singer from the English version. I wish it had her to make this version more complete.

From my knowledge of linguistics I can tell you that natural languages are at about the same level of difficulty. French does have more registers of speech that complicate matters, but it's minor.

The writing systems associated with each language is a different matter. That of French is bad and difficult to learn, but English is much worse.

@SpanishHunkyGuy are you mad? In english you can conjugate verbs in two ways, french's got loads of rules and associated exceptions. Sure, it's a lot easier for a romance language speaker to learn it than anyone else, but the grammar is just as annoying and nonsensical as japanese.

Si on vient habiter à namur on parle francais les flamands. Si vous venez à Anvers vous parlez francais, vous trouvez ca normal?
