Its called expert hairstylists who used something other than Prell to create huge waves and curls !

@Mydogisfat123 She looks like she has a perm.But a thick curling wand or large hot rollers set close to your crown to create volume should do it.You can also create large ass,loose curls by blowing a dryer on your hair while using a large roller brush.The trick is to keep your hair vertical with the roller brush in to create height.That should do the trick.

I remember that commercial from 1983 was New Prell Shampoo with the slogan New Prell Puts the Oooooooooo in Shampoo and I would love to see that commercial!
