Most of the time when I'm zapped of energy and don't have a good reason for it (like being overworked or not sleeping), then it's dehyddration. Are you staying hydrated? I know you're taking your vitamins. Make sure you're getting in your fluids and see if that makes any difference. Otherwise, I'd suggest some labs to see if you're lacking something simple to replace. Best wishes.

Lately I have found that drinking 3 or 4 Emergen-C packets makes me feel better throughout the day. I know it is hard! Take a short walk at lunch - get out in the sun and be sure to take a break and chat with some friends. Don't work through lunch or skip it. I hope you find your energy!

I don't know what type of work you do. But if you work behind the desk. There are exercises you can do to keep yourself energized. I actually favorited a video about exercises at work. Also snacks that will keep your metabolism going. Maybe that might help you feeling up to beat.
Well, exercise is the key to keep your metabolism working but when we have a 8hrs desk job sometimes it's difficult. So, I try to do small set of walk or standing in front to the computer or even sitting on the exercise ball. For foods, I eat protein and good carbs such as: Slices of roasted turkey breast or chicken, carrots, 1 cup of baked yams and any green veggie like steamed brocoli. Those are small portions for mt snacks that will keep me full and not too hungry at the end of the day.
Lately, I have to physically force myself to crawl to the gym!! lol I also find that the more I do, the more energy I feel I have. If I lay around all day, that's all I feel like doing..just lying around! The days I go to the gym, I feel so much better! Even just working my yard makes me feel energized. Also, vitamins are a HUGE asset! I take tons of vitamins and drink loads of water! Hope this helps a bit.

I have faith and I know cuz i been through MANY stalls and yoyoing and I still get it off even if slow lol...Let me know if theres anything for energy girl cuz i havent got in gear excersizing in 2 months! I did for like 4 days last week and ack to nothing again! helppppp!! What the hell is wwrong with me!
Well it isn't acceptable to me, this is my own fault, I have not motivation to do what I need to do. If I would exercise I would be losing, I know it.

I have just learned that i have to MAKE myself do it..no matter how much i don't want to, i make myself...once you get going its smooth sailing and you feel so much better!....i know its easier said than done...but thats the mentality i use now...i look at exercise as a meal (I HAVE TO DO IT)....good luck hun

For me, if i wait to workout till later there is a bigger chance that I will not do it. When I first lost a lot of weight, I did it by forcing myself to workout first thing in the morning, before work. Eventhough I hated waking up earlier than usual, you get used to it and you will feel better and more energized all day. I see a workout machine in the background of your video so I guess you dont have to go to a gym which makes it even easier. It turns into a habit and you will feel better

It's hard sometimes to get going, but I have found that the more I move the more I want to move...know what I mean? So even though you feel tired, do it anyway, you will feel better after, and energy will expound upon itself. Or have your iron checked! It might be a physical thing ...

I really dont take in much sodium, I cook with very little, and when I show products its usually snack stuff which is not an everyday thing for me
