Hi doc, thanks for the nice comment! I have only done my Buddy Holly tribute a handful of times locally thus far and am concentrating on recording my own songs at the moment. However, I've received so many great comments that I might just have to take it on the road with a band!

Put your hair up in more of a pompadour like Buddy had his. Also try to incorporate more vibrato into your voice, Buddy used to use a lot, especially in this song.

True, he usually wore that kind of hairstyle. I had to do my own hair for this show though and didn't have the time to try anything fancy. I suppose adding more vibrato on some of the sustained notes on slow songs would indeed make me sound more like Buddy. I'll try that.

Thanks! It has thus far been a one man show with backing tracks (and me playing or doubling the guitar parts) but I'm in the process of putting a band together to make it more complete.
