  • I was told when doing shrugs to hold for 2 seconds then roll the shoulders before dropping back down to repeat.

  • your goin a bit fast.. use a bar.. if its too light.. take the 45 pounda bar where u can add more plates.. then do slow shrugs.. gives you nice traps.

  • @thamagicsho2003 if i may say keep shoulders back when doing shoulder shrugs but love the videos keep it up
