Was considering buying this but was just wondering how do you peel the oil soaked pressed dough off a peel into the oven? I guess you could throw it on some flour on both sides but it still might stick due to the olive oil and create disastrous results trying to peel it into a 800-900 degree oven.
ok I tried it out and I have to say I liked it. No mess, no floured surfaces. Very simple.
