I was just reading an article about how people are starting to identify the common techniques used by 18th century artists in all their portraits, so that we can find out exactly how realistic those portraits were, and how much of them were "artistic interpretation", glossing over blemishes, wrinkles, double chins, etc.
@AquadeoEsquadat That's really interesting - that the artist would choose to alter the subject instead of portraying them how they really are. Send me a link to the article on Twitter? I'd like to read it.
Glad you're liking it. It's gonna be great to hang out. I have a couple of ideas for videos I want to try but I don't think they're appropriate for the Stetson song. I'm hoping the next couple of articles will yield a topic I can write more dramatic songs about!
