I don't have a picture but I used a dog harness (not a collar). The harness has a loop for the leash but has a strap around the dogs neck and a second strap around the dogs chest. I used the flat square pastic base that served as the bottom of hte plastic box the camera came in. I drilled 4 holes in the base at each of the corners and zip tied it to the dog harness. Mounted the camera to the base and it was done!
