I agree with ditchpig... I simply can NOT understand ANYTHING the gentleman says after you spoke. You, on the other hand, are quite articulate and seem to be well informed.

Mr. Koch what is the BOE doing illegally? What must the community do to make changes? Also, what do you think about the water system of Fort Gaines? Some people are being charged more than others, some won't even get water. Were you able to be hooked up to the water system? And why can't the people who live in the rural area vote?
Illegal activities are many..follow my column in the Citizen News. Make changes by voting for Dr. Kinsell in district 3 or Jo Ann Braxton in disrict 5. I do not live in Ft. Gaines, rather on the lake. They can vote.

During a BOE meeting a few weeks later, I said to the Chairman, who incidentally is the Assistant Principal at the Randolf-Clay HS, I could not understand him. It was not that I didn't understand his thought, but that I could not understand his words, diction, pronounciation. He ignorned that too.
The completely unintelligible mumbling you begin hearing at 6 minutes, 45 seconds into the video is actually the CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD speaking what HE THINKS is English. Does it sound like English to you? Can you understand a single word he's saying? If so,you're the only person on the planet who can.

Not sure of next meeting, the normal meeting time is the second Monday night each month. They do not answer questions from the audience.
