i saw that the first move was a double wrist lock applied to both people. they had no choice but to flip. a diverting of force seems to be used for the third attacker but im nt sure how his hand moving. for the legs grab executed, done as soon as the legs were grabbed but not tight. at that time, he pushes forward to off balance the force in the hand and then execute his lock. the hits in the chests look like small rolling hits. if executed on the bodies natural balance points, it is possible
the dmonstration looks legit , but the fake screaming makes you wonder , yeah , ki inflects pain , but stronger masters with intense ki dont make them scream.
This has nothing to do with KI as people normally think of it
This is AIKI often when applied to an attacker it affects/attackes the spine and diaphragm (feels like been punched inside) destroying the internal structure and balance this can also cause severe pain in the mussels of the body from cramping this also can make you screem!
To say that this is bullshit is really not to see the subtleties involved in making the techniques work; look carefully. Obviously, the students are not fighting the professor 100% - they are there to help demonstrate the techniques - but this does not prove the techniques are themselves ineffective.
