This is a really simple puzzle, although I didn't realise how simple until I watched this video so thanks! It has nothing to do with counting button presses. Each button has a cover which prevents you from pressing it. Just keep pressing the second button until the 3rd button cover opens and then keep pressing the 3rd button until the 4th button cover opens, then press the 4th button...

I read the scroll... nothing happens... you just get a blurry look over it, it seems something like a map, but besides the blurry sight which lasts not more than 1.5 seconds nothing else happens, kind of dissapointing... thanks for the Guide tho :)

Haha the quest isn't that bad if right when you get outside in that area that spirals downward into the bottom where blackreach is you use the become ethereal shout if you have it and then jump from the top all the way to the bottom. Doing this bypasses basically all the falmer crap you have to do otherwise.

@Coggy69 For those wondering why the left two buttons cant be pressed, you need to press the second from the right button 4 times first, that activates the left two buttons. I was stuck for 5 minutes on this bitch, hope that helps

I really like solving puzzles and riddles in both vid games and roleplaying games. Unless i missed something...puzzles like this piss me off. there are no clues. Absolutley nothing to go on to intelligently figure it out. Are we just suppsed to spend hours guess what to do!? Next time just put a 10 digit number pad in place and we will try all the possible combinations. REALLY!
