A building is only as strong as its first floor and so on.......you dont realize how much weight there is on just that top floor of either tower. Now if a Plane had hit at the 25th floor than the collapse would have started within a few minutes AND it might have fallen like a large tree being cut by a logger,. The 2nd tower hit went down first because it was struck well bellow where the first plane hit on (first tower). Neither tower was hit low enough to have that "timber" effect.
This is all pretty simple physics if you take the time to understand it. Plane takes out too many columns. Portion of weight above that zone is too much for the remaining columns to bear. Heat and fire WEAKEN floor supports of remaining columns, they pull away from their mountings. Floor supports fail. Outer columns have no lateral support. It fails like a cardboard box with too much weight on it. If you watch it that is EXACTLY what happens. Its not a controlled demo. Ridiculous
Actually according to a structural engineer it is exactly the opposite to that. In video aired on PBS they noticed that the outer columns snapped as the floor connections failed. Then the outer walls began to collapse down. The core actually remained intact for a few seconds before it failed. They froze the video and pointed that out.
I think the point of this video, which you appear to have missed all together or perhaps just avoided, is that the wave of demolition raced down the tower before the force of the upper block could have reached there. Very telling examples of how this demolition isnt due to "falling debris" are understood by:
1. the SPEED w/ which the demo. progresses through the floors (w/ uniformity)
2. even though the sides are being destroyed uniformly the corner somehow remains unaffected by the "pancaking"

But that few moment interval is swallowed by a demolition wave once the top block starts colliding with the lower block. What you can SEE is that the top block easily destroys everything it falls against. That it could then suddenly travel uniformly down 30 FLOORS IN PERFECT SYMMETRY & not touch the corner is ridiculous. The core columns were 100x stronger than the corner, yet they crumbled

What you see is the floors already collapsing even below where you see smoke because the weight of the upper floors falling through and the momentum became to great for them to resist.

The reason the symmetry is odd is b/c as you see in that video, the floors were not single horizontal structure. Despite what NISTs cartoons may have you believe, the floor beams didnt stretch from one side of the bldg to the other. They connected to the core columns. That means a top block coming down asymmetrically would put weight on one part more than another & that wouldnt be distributed universally across the whole floor. Plus DEBRIS couldnt destroy uniformly like that esp at that speed

You can't say "it takes X seconds to freefall 10 floors" without saying which floors. There's acceleration. The first 10 floors of freefall are from a standing start, and take much longer than when you're 50 floors down and moving really fast.

That video cannot be used to refute WTC demolition theories.
Carefully-chosen columns are cut first until the entire building is at a small fraction of its original strength. Otherwise this method would fail spectacularly.

Just because the columns were cut in the preceding days or weeks doesn't mean they weren't cut.
Still, the original poster is terribly incorrect in saying the descent speed is constant.
When you consider the collapse started at 2/3 of the way up, you can see that it wouldn't take long.. More weight coming down on the floors below made it pretty quick. Plus, if you knew what demolitions were, you would understand that the bombs would be planted at the base. The tower would collapse in it's own footprint FROM THE BOTTOM, not from the 70th floor.
I don't think there's any precedent for bringing down such huge buildings, but top-down demolitions have been done before. That would probably be necessary in this case.
But, any intact segment striking the structure below would probably deviate from a straight-down path and cause massive ancillary damage, so you'd have to obliterate it pretty thoroughly.
Plus you'd need to deal with all the concrete flooring somehow...powder it or something...hm let me think about it, I'll get back to ya.

A tower like WTC is a pole consisting of enumerous poles. They melted where the fire was. So the top became the bowling ball loosing support falling and hitting the poles of the lower part. The shock energy of the impact partly crushes the material and is partly conducted verticaly downwards through the collums to cause damage in lower areas.

the theory of "tower fell at free fall speed" is dumbshit... as the 2nd tower fell by the 70 floor or something you must subtrahate 30 floors from the whole sum of stories, that makes 70 stories in about 10 seconds which is much slower than free fall speed. The explosives theory is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The lighter colored smoke is from the upper debris punching through the floors under it and blowing debris out the sides. The fall of the towers is exponential; as it collapses, there are less supports, but more weight per remaining supports to bear. That's what some people fail to realize when they say, "the towers held that weight all along, why would it fall then?"

First of all, the damage nor the temperature was enough to make the towers collapse.
If you read the NIST report, you'll see the evidence for that.

Either way it wouldn't be a major issue. At terminal velocity you would probably see speeds of ~60-90m/s or about 20-30 floors/s so 30 floors in 3 seconds wouldn't be surprising.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREEFALL SPEED. FREEFALL IS A STATE OF ACCELEERATION! The farther something falls the faster it goes. If you don't believe me conduct two experiments. In the first jump from a step stool. In the second jump from an airliner at 30,000 ft. Compare the force you feel on impact.
Just give it up. Any collegiate level physics professor can easily explain how airplane fuel can cause a building this size to collapse. Concrete is not invincible to a fire caused by 50,000 gallons of airplane fuel!

A building is only as strong as its first floor and so on.......you dont realize how much weight there is on just that top floor of either tower. Now if a Plane had hit at the 25th floor than the collapse would have started within a few minutes AND it might have fallen like a large tree being cut by a logger,. The 2nd tower hit went down first because it was struck well bellow where the first plane hit on (first tower). Neither tower was hit low enough to have that "timber" effect.

I believe the 1983 video put together by the New York and New Jersey Port Authority that shows the construction of the building.
Those floors were not designed to withstand the heat.
The floors in the impact zone were damaged by the crash.
There were several.
Those and the floors above were being roasted.
They were not designed to withstand that kind of heat.
What you see in this video are the interior floors collapsing under the weight and the outer columns buckling.

This is all pretty simple physics if you take the time to understand it. Plane takes out too many columns. Portion of weight above that zone is too much for the remaining columns to bear. Heat and fire WEAKEN floor supports of remaining columns, they pull away from their mountings. Floor supports fail. Outer columns have no lateral support. It fails like a cardboard box with too much weight on it. If you watch it that is EXACTLY what happens. Its not a controlled demo. Ridiculous

Actually according to a structural engineer it is exactly the opposite to that. In video aired on PBS they noticed that the outer columns snapped as the floor connections failed. Then the outer walls began to collapse down. The core actually remained intact for a few seconds before it failed. They froze the video and pointed that out.

I think the point of this video, which you appear to have missed all together or perhaps just avoided, is that the wave of demolition raced down the tower before the force of the upper block could have reached there. Very telling examples of how this demolition isnt due to "falling debris" are understood by:
1. the SPEED w/ which the demo. progresses through the floors (w/ uniformity)
2. even though the sides are being destroyed uniformly the corner somehow remains unaffected by the "pancaking"

The point at which you can see the outer walls "buckling" is right before the top block starts to descend. But that few moment interval is swallowed by a demolition wave once the top block starts colliding with the lower block. What you can SEE is that the top block easily destroys everything it falls against. That it could then suddenly travel uniformly down 30 FLOORS IN PERFECT SYMMETRY & not touch the corner is ridiculous. The core columns were 100x stronger than the corner, yet they crumbled

At any given time in their natural history (before being destroyed by c.demo) they never had even half of the gravitational load they could bear being exerted on them. The floors pulled the walls in as they buckled and fell. You can't see the debris because its inside those walls but you can see its effect as the building falls.
No conspiracy beyond the one that crashed planes into the buildings.

Just from the compression of slamming the plunger down the tube, the wood shavings at the bottom can heat up enough to ignite.

I've seen this from a few angles.
Before the sides collapse, parts of the top are already on the ground.
It toppled and broke apart against one of the corners and possible the central columns as it descended.

The reason the symmetry is odd is b/c as you see in that video, the floors were not single horizontal structure. Despite what NISTs cartoons may have you believe, the floor beams didnt stretch from one side of the bldg to the other. They connected to the core columns. That means a top block coming down asymmetrically would put weight on one part more than another & that wouldnt be distributed universally across the whole floor. Plus DEBRIS couldnt destroy uniformly like that esp at that speed

You can't say "it takes X seconds to freefall 10 floors" without saying which floors. There's acceleration. The first 10 floors of freefall are from a standing start, and take much longer than when you're 50 floors down and moving really fast.
And I have no clue how these total time figures were computed...probably badly.

The clue is in the made up term 'demolition zone', which is an arbitrary construction of the author of this video.
What he is referring to is the plume of ejecta, which is actually below the collapse front, and travels quite fast.
You will see similar ejecta in other building collapses which do not even use explosives.

That video cannot be used to refute WTC demolition theories.
Carefully-chosen columns are cut first until the entire building is at a small fraction of its original strength. Otherwise this method would fail spectacularly.
Explosives are still used...or a saw, maybe, since you don't need instant results.
Just because the columns were cut in the preceding days or weeks doesn't mean they weren't cut.
Still, the original poster is terribly incorrect in saying the descent speed is constant.

When you consider the collapse started at 2/3 of the way up, you can see that it wouldn't take long.. More weight coming down on the floors below made it pretty quick. Plus, if you knew what demolitions were, you would understand that the bombs would be planted at the base. The tower would collapse in it's own footprint FROM THE BOTTOM, not from the 70th floor.

I don't think there's any precedent for bringing down such huge buildings, but top-down demolitions have been done before. That would probably be necessary in this case.
But, any intact segment striking the structure below would probably deviate from a straight-down path and cause massive ancillary damage, so you'd have to obliterate it pretty thoroughly.
Plus you'd need to deal with all the concrete flooring somehow...powder it or something...hm let me think about it, I'll get back to ya.

I believe that the one way to settle this is to have the Mythbusters guys build an exact replica of the towers using the exact same materials as the WTC, put enough "Busters" (ballistics gel test dummies) inside and fly two airplanes with the exact amount of fuel and (fake) people, and see what the outcome is.

Both BBC and the History Channel have aired documentaries where James Fetzer, Kevin Barret and others working for 911 "truth" got their sayin. These documentaries contained all major conspiracy claims and theories. The media isn't holding back at the moment, and if this "truth" were to infact be truth then the media couldn't stop the world from knowing.

Basically the united states turned one of their paid agents into the bad guy and used the media to personify him as everything evil, then used that to illegally invade Panama against the orders of the UN and in the process killed over 4000 innocent Panamanian women children and other non-combatants. They kept the media quiet about it while they buried most of the dead in mass graves, which were later found all over panama. The civilians who were left alive were forced to live in camps.

Like one guy telling me that arsenic was put in the drinking water, so therefore the government did 911. The arsenic standard for drinking water at .010 parts per million which prevents it from having any negative effects, tap water has a bigger number of quality checks than bottled water (off topic, I know)

A tower like WTC is a pole consisting of enumerous poles. They melted where the fire was. So the top became the bowling ball loosing support falling and hitting the poles of the lower part. The shock energy of the impact partly crushes the material and is partly conducted verticaly downwards through the collums to cause damage in lower areas.
There might be proves for conspiracy. This is none.

fitz, yes, they were designed to stay upright when hit by a 707, but the designers cant see the future. The fire retardant material was knocked off from the impact, and not to mention the flammable material throughout the building (paper, wood, natural gas, etc) all along with the jet fuel fueling the fire.

the theory of "tower fell at free fall speed" is dumbshit... as the 2nd tower fell by the 70 floor or something you must subtrahate 30 floors from the whole sum of stories, that makes 70 stories in about 10 seconds which is much slower than free fall speed. Taking in account the massive mass from above pressing each floor with its rather small resistance down it is a realistic time.

By physical evidence, this is what I mean.
1. Show proof of any remains of bombs or any type of explosives, i.e. particle remnants of bomb wires, material; residue of explosives; etc.
2. Show proof of explosives being implemented into the two buildings' structures; (How could they sneak enough explosives to bring down buildings of that size?) And don't say they didn't need a lot, because the video shows it collapsing from the top.

The explosives theory is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The lighter colored smoke is from the upper debris punching through the floors under it and blowing debris out the sides. The fall of the towers is exponential; as it collapses, there are less supports, but more weight per remaining supports to bear. That's what some people fail to realize when they say, "the towers held that weight all along, why would it fall then?"

First of all, the damage nor the temperature was enough to make the towers collapse.
If you read the NIST report, you'll see the evidence for that.

Terminal velocity is a state in which the downward force of gravity equals the upward force of air resistance. Over such a short time. (~10 seconds) the towers either wouldn't hit their terminal velocity (Since terminal velocity is directly proportional to mass) or would hit it just before hitting the ground. Either way it wouldn't be a major issue. At terminal velocity you would probably see speeds of ~60-90m/s or about 20-30 floors/s so 30 floors in 3 seconds wouldn't be surprising.

Because there are paid shills who have been hired full-time to defend the official story and are assigned to undermine any 9/11 investigative discussion on the internet. The internet is perhaps the only real threat to the official story. And this is why the government and the globalized corporate establishment must take control of the internet.
