I'll tell you what the Bible says: God hates sinners and will punish them. We are all sinners. Despite this, God sent His Son, Jesus, to pay for those sins and take the punishment of the ones who accept Him as Lord.

On the other hand, we as human beings are not to hate one another but treat each other with mercy knowing that we all have faults. And also proclaim that people can be free from their fate by Jesus.
