What is the output voltage from the laser supply? It must be a few Kilovolts right? And is the laser supply solid state? already outputting + and - HV DC? And you are just taking from the negative HVDC output to one leg of the lamp and the other leg you run to an earth ground (off the AC electrical ground in your house.)? Have you tried using a normal ground rod to see if you still get the same effect? I ask as the earth ground on the house is tied to the AC mains.

WOW real Tesla Power :D it's a good video. I have a small idea for you to try out if u like. In the previous video u put the bulb in the water ( great stuff btw) but can u do a vid vitt 2 water glases , one 12-v regular and one radiant? Power them up in the same clip side by side for comparison!

In my mind with classic electricity, it will work too in the water because the water doesn't conduct good electricity, especially if it is low voltage like is used for the lamp. I tryed to put an old flash light once under water and it worked.

Is really the bulb cold when lit with the cold electricity, or is it just lukewarm.

That's a great question!

Compared to the bulb lit with standard electron current, its cool.

However to your touch, it feels as warm as when you put your hand together.

I'm just going to buy a laser thermometer and measure the heat from both types of energy :)

I can tell you one thing which would help : we are forced to think that electrical charge is always connected to mass particles.This is bad assumption, electrical charges are massless particles (aka virtual particles).

I think that EMF has very little to do with it, except that it can be used as a conductor if desired. Electrial energy radiates, creates a large radiating field of charged particles. If I could get the monkey off of my back, I'd write the law/science to back it up. Why didn't I take the blue pill?

Earth's magnetic field has both a North pole and a South pole. This is called a dipole, and ALL dipole's absorb virtual state energy, coherently integrate it to observable state, and re-emit the energy as real, usable electromagnetic energy. Magnetism is a great example of that occurrence. Every magnet is a free energy device. The only reason why there not used in that way is because PEOPLE make them have equal strengths at the poles. Without a difference in potential, work can not be done.

#1 It is possible to create a magnet with one pole very strong and one pole very weak. You can then add a ferrite material on the weak pole of the magnet. The result would be a near perfect monopole magnet. #2 Yes it is possible to create magnets with different strength poles, right now the USA's Department of Energy has 3 patents that I know off which show how to produce magnets with asymmetric poles. They just hide it from public knowledge.

Its all about opening, closing, and routing circuit paths. They taught me to always close the circuit paths in school. I learned after that just the action of opening and closing circuit paths would obtain you extra energy. That kind of stuff is just never talked about in any schools. I looked up the term cold electricity and it describes this energy perfectly. When this type of electricity encounters a resistance it amplifies energy instead of scattering it as standard electrical current does
