Your repeatability is off... One swing is perfect, the next is off... Look carefully at your big kick. You're using it to adjust to the pitch, right? Except your adjusting it to whatever pitch comes up. I, we, (anyone that takes BP) wants to swing. If your in a batting cage you want your money's worth. If it's your buddy, you don't want him to think he sucks at pitching, so you swing... Your miss-hits are when you're swinging at garbage. Constant fight....
couple pointers for ya, keep your arms back longer, a great video to watch is rotational hitting, it'll be the first video you see when you type it in the youtube seach section. You also load up really early as well, it should be one fluid motion but when you step foward you go way too early causing you too be hesitant on using all of you energy going forward.
