Those symbols look like a type of simplified egyptian hyeroglyphs. Some of the symbols are very simmilar to the egyptian letters, but some are not, the look like they come from an asain oragin. I would love to know what it says though. ^_^

TB stands for TruBlood, it's a Japanese made synthetic blood supplement for vampires.

The red stamp on the note reveals the words Revenant Ones.
